Q. How far is it from college?

About a mile from Salford University's main campus or Hope Hosptial.

Q. How many is it for?

It's a large house and can acommodate either 4 or 5 tenants. (n.b. discounts apply when taken by 5 tenants)

Q. Whats it like?

 

 

 

 

 

 Very big with 4 large double bedrooms and 2 reception rooms.  It's also got Gas Central Heating and a Combi boiler giving instant hot water 24hours a day.  There is also a free broadband internet connection.

 s been recently redecorated, it's got a new kitchen with a gas cooker, large fridge freezer and washing machine.  It's got IKEA furniture including leather sofa's.  There is also a good shower.      
Q.What's in the rooms?       

 

 There is a double bed in every room, desk, chair, bookshelf and wardrobe.  Each room also has a new carpet.  In the summer we are trying to put TV ariels in each room.  

Q. How much is it?

£175 per month per tenant.

Q. How long is the contract term?

10 months, with half price rent in the summer if required.

Q. How much is the deposit?

£200.

Q. When is it available?

September 2005.  There might also be some availability in July and August 2005.  At half rent, of course.

Q. Whats the security like?

Its got a burglar alarm. It's also got a very secure backyard.
