HATFIELD Welcome to all University of Herfordshire students. Sorry but all houses in Hatfield are currently reserved for tenants.Please feel free however to email us with your details. If one of the tenancies does not proceed we can then get in touch. We have two houses in Hatfield. Please read on for more information. Q. Where are the houses located? The Wades, Hatfield, AL10 8LB. Click on the link below for a detailed map. http://www.streetmap.co.uk/streetmap.dll?postcode2map?al10 8lb Q. How far is The Wades from college? It's about a five minute walk from the Main campus. The Wades is located just off Bishops Rise. It is also one street away from the Hilltop shops. Q. How many rooms are available? The house has four good sized bedrooms. Q. What's the house like?
Q. Do the houses have living rooms?	We think the houses are some of the best available in Hatfield. The house are regularly decorated and have good carpets or wooden flooring in the rooms.
Q. Whats in the kitchen?	Both houses have two living areas. A main lounge next to the kitchen and another area at the bottom of the stairs. Its up to you how you use them. Last year one group used one as a dining room the other as a living room. Other people use one as a TV room the other for the Play Station!
Q. And the bathroom?	The kitchens are very modern. You have separate fridge and freezer large enough for four tenants. There is plenty of storage space, a gas cooker and a washing machine.
Q. What's in the rooms?	It's also got a brand new shower room that you will be surprised to see in a student house
Q. How about outside the house? Is there parking and a garden?		Every room has modern Ikea furniture and some have double beds. There is also a TV ariel in each room.
	There is a big garden and patio area. We pay for a gardener to look after the garden throughout the year. One house has a drive with off road parking for up to two cars.
Q. What's the rent? The rent is currently £300 per student per month for the main part of the academic year (Sept to June) with July and August at half price rent. If you would like to rent the property this will be discussed in more detail. Q. And the deposit? The Deposit is £350 per student. Q. And how long is the Term of the contract? The Term is 12 months with half price rent for two months in the summer. Q. Is there anything else? The house has also got up to date gas safety certificates and smoke detectors.
