A site to help students and young professionals find top quality houses for their accommodation whilst at college and beyond.   This is a new site to help give prospective tenants as much information as possible, as easily as possible.  We hope you find it useful.

How to use this site

The site is split up into the different towns in which we have properties.  Click onto the University town you are interested in, to find out more about the accommodation we have nearby.     

Later on you can find details of how to rent one of our houses.  There are also copies of the Tenancy agreements we use and other forms we use to collect information.

Where do we operate?

We now have accommodation in four University towns;

About us

We started in 1995, originally looking after a single house in the University town of Hatfield.  Since then we have expanded to other student towns across the UK.  We own all our own houses and deal direct with students.  We are also small enough to know all our students personally.  We aim to look after all our students and provide them with the highest quality accommodation available.

Why are we different ?

Before you take a look round our houses, why are we different to other student letting agents…
 
We only provide Modern, Well Furnished, Well Decorated houses. 

Better value tenancies - our houses are often cheaper than University accommodation and our contracts are always longer.   

All houses can have access to a Broadband Internet connection, if required.

We offer a professional service.  Our Landlords are registered with the Residential Landlord Association.

Most houses have TV ariels in every bedroom.

We give you 24/7 access to one of our property managers.  
(including a mobile phone number.)

All houses have washing machines and showers.

Rooms have double beds (where space will allow)

...and this is obviously on top of  what you should expect from every rented home; gas central heating,  gas safety certificates, smoke detectors and safe furnishings.
